인생을 살다보면 “쪼끔” 불~안불안해보이는 것들이 있다.

  • 유통기한이 3일지난 우유를 마시는 일 (“마셔도 죽을 것 같지는 않지만서도..”)

  • dicey의 느낌을 전달하겠다고 선정한 이런 어이없는 예문들. (“DET 독자님: 이런 말도 안되는 예들은 뭥미…“)
이런상황에서 한국어로는 “좀 위험해 보임….” 또는 “뭔가..쬐까 불안한데…?” 라고 표현할 수 있는데, 비슷한 느낌을 영어로는 어떻게 표현할까? that looks risky 또는 dangerous라고 표현할 수 있겠지만, 좀 더 입에 착착붙고 미국에서 자주쓰이는 slang이 있다. “It took me a while to learn that It’s a bit dicey to give an unasked-for advice or solutions to someone who just wants to feel being listened and sympathized”
